Zips, Velcro, and Magnets: Heavy-duty waterproof zips and robust Velcro fastenings are included, costing £4–£6. Integrated rare-earth magnets serve as a reliable secondary fastening should the Velcro wear down or fail, providing an innovative and secure closure that extends the jacket’s lifespan.

CE Level 2 Certified Armour: We fit top-level CE Level 2 armour inserts at the shoulder, elbow, and back positions, offering superior shock absorption and impact protection. The cost of certified armour ranges from £35 to £50 per set.

Labour: Expert craftsmanship ensures precise assembly of the three-layer jacket system. Labour costs for small batch production are £20–£30 per jacket, reflecting skilled tailoring and quality control.
Overheads: Factory utilities, maintenance, and administration overhead contribute £7–£12 per jacket.

Shipping to the UK: Depending on order size and shipping method, costs are estimated at £10–£18 per jacket.
Customs and Import Duties: Typically add 5%–10% of the total landed cost.

Branding and Personalisation: High-quality embroidery or screen printing for logos, names or designs ranges from £10–£18 per jacket, based on complexity and quantity.
