The Reorder Process

How to Place a Reorder

Log in, find your previous order, update your quantities. That is all there is to it.

Log in to Your Trade Account
Go to candishsports.co.uk/account and log in with your registered email and password. If you have not registered yet, it takes two minutes and is completely free.

Find Your Previous Order
Your account dashboard shows all your previous quotes and orders. Find the product you want to reorder — it will show the product name, your agreed price, your original colours and specification.

Click Reorder
Click the Reorder button on your previous order. A panel opens showing your previous colours pre-selected. Select your sizes, enter quantities per colour and size, and add any notes — delivery deadline, spec changes, anything relevant.

Submit Your Request
Click Submit. We receive your reorder request instantly. We review it and come back to you within 24 hours to confirm pricing — which will typically match your previously agreed rate — and give you a production timeline.

Confirm and Pay
Once you confirm the reorder, we send a secure payment link. Pay online by card and we go straight into production. No deposit required for customers with established 30-day payment terms.

Production and Delivery
Reorders typically take 3 to 4 weeks in production — faster than a first order because your artwork and spec are already on file. You receive a tracking number on dispatch and delivery to your confirmed address is included.
