1 About Us

Candish Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, based in Cambridge, UK. We operate candishsports.co.uk and supply bespoke custom sportswear to trade customers across the United Kingdom.

2 Trade Accounts

By registering you confirm you are acting in a business capacity. Consumer protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 that apply to personal purchases do not apply to trade orders.

• Accounts are free with no monthly fee or minimum commitment.
• We reserve the right to decline or terminate accounts at our discretion.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• 30-day payment terms are available to qualifying businesses subject to credit approval.

3 Placing Orders

A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and — for bespoke orders — when you approve the design proof. A quote does not constitute acceptance.

• MOQ is 20 units per style unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once a design proof has been approved and production has commenced.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders where pricing errors have occurred.

4 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation.

• Payment is typically 50% deposit on confirmation and 50% prior to dispatch, or 30-day net for approved accounts.
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
• Title to goods remains with Candish Limited until payment is received in full.

5 Production & Delivery

Lead times are typically 4–6 weeks from design approval. Your delivery date is confirmed at quote stage.

• Risk passes to you on delivery.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including customs delays, industrial action, or natural events.
• Shortages or damages must be reported within 5 working days of receipt.

6 Bespoke & Custom Orders

• Bespoke goods cannot be returned unless defective or non-conforming with the approved proof.
• Colour variations of ±5% and size tolerances of ±5% are industry-standard and do not constitute defects.
• Sample orders are available at additional cost and are non-refundable.
• Reorders may experience minor colour or material variations between production batches.

7 Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork you confirm you own the rights and indemnify us against any third-party claims.

• We will not use your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
• Design work created by us remains our IP until full payment is received.
• We may photograph finished goods for our portfolio unless you notify us in writing that you object.

8 Liability

Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to this, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or consequential losses.

9 Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Complaints should be sent to info@candishlimited.com — we aim to respond within 5 working days.
