Empowering Champions: What Candish Sports Does

UK Sales, Sialkot Manufacturing, No Middlemen

Most custom sportswear suppliers in the UK operate the same way: they take your order, send it to a factory they have no ownership stake in, and manage the relationship from a distance. When problems arise — a sizing error, a print inconsistency, a delayed shipment — their ability to resolve it quickly is limited. Candish Sports is structured differently, and that structure has practical consequences for every order we fulfil.

Based in Cambridge, manufacturing in Sialkot

Candish Sports is the trading name of Candish Limited, a UK-registered company based in Cambridgeshire. Our sales, account management, and customer service functions are all UK-based, which means the people handling your order are accessible during standard business hours and accountable under UK law.

Manufacturing is carried out exclusively by Gym Renegade (Pvt) Limited, based in Sialkot, Pakistan. Candish Limited holds a co-ownership stake in Gym Renegade — this is not a subcontracted arrangement. Sialkot is recognised globally as the centre of sporting goods manufacture, producing kit and equipment for clubs, brands, and federations worldwide.

Why factory co-ownership matters

When a UK reseller places your order with an independent factory, the commercial relationship sits between the reseller and the factory — not between you and the people actually making your garments. Quality control, timeline management, and design accuracy all depend on how well that third-party relationship is managed.

Because Candish Limited co-owns the manufacturing facility, we have direct influence over production standards, staffing, and quality processes. Problems are addressed at factory level, not filtered through a supplier chain. That is a meaningful operational difference, not a marketing claim.

What we make

Every garment produced by Candish Sports is manufactured from scratch to your specification. We do not print or embroider onto blanks. Fabric weight, cut, collar construction, and finishing are all determined by your brief. Our range covers:

Team kits and sportswear — fully sublimated football, rugby, basketball and training kits with player names, numbers, and club crests. Performance fabrics that hold colour wash after wash. Available via our Team Sports & Football range.

Polo shirts and corporate workwear — moisture-wicking stretch fabrics with embroidered or printed branding. Used by businesses, golf clubs, hospitality teams, and corporate organisations. See our Corporate & Workwear range.

Hoodies, tracksuits and streetwear — premium fleece blends with chenille embroidery, puff printing, or sublimation. Designed for clubs, brands, and private label collections. From 20 units per style.

Rain jackets and windbreakers — polyester and spandex blends with sublimation, screen print, or embroidered branding. Used by outdoor sports clubs and corporate teams.

Golf club apparel — embroidered polos, waterproof jackets, and midlayers for golf clubs and societies. Your crest digitised and stored on file for fast reorders.

Decoration methods include embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, DTF print, puff print, and chenille appliqué.

Who we work with

Candish Sports supplies B2B customers across the UK. Our customers include sports clubs ordering seasonal kit, golf societies commissioning branded outerwear, schools and academies procuring PE and team wear, motorcycle clubs requiring custom riding gear, corporate teams ordering branded workwear, and fashion brands or retailers sourcing private-label sportswear.

The minimum order quantity is 20 units per style. Trade accounts are free to register, and 30-day payment terms are available for qualifying businesses.

The order process

Once a brief is submitted, a design proof is returned within 24 hours. Nothing enters production without written approval from the customer — that applies to every order, regardless of size. Lead times typically run four to six weeks from the point of design approval. For a full breakdown, visit our How It Works page.

Transparency as standard

We do not obscure where our garments are made or who makes them. Sialkot has a well-documented manufacturing heritage, and Gym Renegade operates within that tradition. Customers who want to understand the supply chain before placing an order are welcome to ask.

UK sales contact, Pakistani manufacturing capability, and direct factory co-ownership: that is the model. It is designed to give customers a single point of accountability and a supply chain they can have confidence in.
